Raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Nadia Collins grew up surrounded by the sound of engines, the scent of diesel, and the unshakable work ethic of her father—a lifelong trucker and construction worker. Trucking runs three generations deep in her family, and while she carved her own path, that legacy always stayed with her.
Inspired by her father’s dedication and resilience, Nadia set out to build something of her own—something that still honored the industry she was raised around. By the grace of God, she was blessed with the opportunity to step into the dispatching field. When a close friend introduced her to dispatching, it sparked a new passion. She took a course, dove into the logistics world, and never looked back.
Today, as the founder and CEO of NBC Truck Dispatching, Nadia leads with a strong faith, a deep respect for truckers, and a commitment to helping others succeed. Her journey is rooted in purpose and gratitude—and every load moved under her watch carries the spirit of “Millions of Miles with Smiles.”
